ALEPH is committed to providing opportunities for Jewish people worldwide, and particularly the next generation of young leaders, to visit Israel on spiritually grounded study tours. Our tours emphasize peacemaking and environmentalism, and provide opportunities to meet with a diverse range of scholars, artists and activists as well as encounters with the land itself.
The ALEPH Israel Tour Program includes two types of trips:
Regular tours with Jewish Renewal guides and teachers, open to all and
FREE Taglit-Birthright Israel trips for qualified participants ages 18-26. Watch this page for links that will be put up as trips are scheduled.
Partnering with Tlalim/Authentic Israel, a premier provider of Israel tour packages and with Taglit/Birthright Israel, which funds first-time Israel experiences for Jewish travelers ages 18-26, ALEPH organizes tours that include prayer, study and outdoors experience as well as a chance to meet with both Israeli and Palestinian peacemakers. See below for reports from past summers.
