ALEPH takes your personal security very seriously. In order to accept your donation or purchase by credit
card through a secure, encrypted merchant service account, we must comply with standard industry-wide
security protocols. This includes requiring you to enter a unique identifier (your username and password)
just as you do when you pay a bill, access your bank statement or transact a purchase from any other
secure on-line site.
We realize that it can be annoying to have to go through the extra step, but we believe it is preferable to
putting our members' information at risk. We try to make it as easy as possible.
What if I forget my password?
All you have to do is go to the login page, enter your email address and click on the "I forgot
my password" button. It will be sent electronically in a matter of seconds any hour of the day or night.
Is there an alternative to logging in?
For your convenience, we provide downloadable paper forms as well as staff standing by from
1:00 PM 5:00 PM Eastern Time each day at 215-247-9700 extension 21 to help you.
What if I want to make a donation from more than one person?
If you are making a donation in honor of someone, and want it to be from you and another person, just include
that information in the message field, which is seen by our staff before the letter is sent to the recipient.
We will be happy to help you, but we can only allow one name associated with a credit card transaction-- the
name of the person on the credit card.
